The Cheater’s Downfall
"Jaxson looked down on Iris for her humble background and even curried favor with Zoe, the CEO’s daughter, trying to climb the social ladder through marriage. He nitpicked at Iris constantly afterward, smeared her name and sabotaged her work—costing her her job. So Iris teamed up with Zoe, who’d seen through his scheme, to fight back. When Jaxson tried to confess to Zoe at the company party, Iris presented evidence and exposed him in public. His fake education and embezzlement of company funds soon came to light too. In the end, Jaxson was jailed, and his parents were also punished. Iris went to Mexico for training, met Zoe’s cousin, earned her superiors’ recognition with her skills, moved on from the heartache and embraced a new future."
