The Mafia King Made Me Kneel 100 Times

About this drama

In her last life, Ava knelt ninety-nine times for Dominic Moretti. His protégée Ivy locked her in a freezer, shattered her leg with a Ferrari, and finally cut open her pregnant belly — and every time, Dominic held Ivy and told Ava to be more understanding. The hundredth time, Ava died. When she opened her eyes again, she called a number in New York. Sebastian Thorne answered on the first ring. He'd been waiting twenty years — ever since two eight-year-olds dug through trash cans together on a Long Island estate and he lost her to a one-way ticket to Chicago. She asked him to destroy Dominic in seven days. He did it in five. Then he bought back the estate where they'd met, tore the door off the walk-in freezer, and wrote one line in his wedding vows: "You said if I couldn't find it, I should keep looking. I looked for twenty years."
