Despite her love for him, Violet breaks up with Luke to avoid burdening him after her family's bankrupcy. Seven years later, the once dirt-poor Luke has now become the hotshot CEO of Skyline Group, and when Violet accepts a position to work as the sales manager at his company, their paths cross again. Luke learns that after their breakup, Violet gave birth to a son, Jacob, but what Violet doesn't tell him is that he's the father.
