SSS-Rank: The Slum-Born Thunder God

About this drama

To the world, Nate Ryder is a failure whose Awakening ended in disgrace. But Nate knows the truth: he awakened the SSS-rank Thunder God—the rarest power on Earth. His father sold his health for a vial of Awakening serum. His mother has been paralyzed for ten years, yet she's the reason he never gives up. At school, the elite bully Tyler—an A-rank prodigy—crushes that serum and works with corrupt administrators to bar Nate from the national tournament. Facing relentless humiliation, Nate hides his power and bides his time. Every insult, every injustice becomes fuel for his training. Then the Federal Awakened Selection Tournament begins. Tyler, determined to defeat Nate in front of thousands, steps into the arena—expecting a hopelessly one-sided fight. Instead, Nate unleashes his SSS-rank Thunder God. In one electrifying moment, the "worthless failure" shocks the world—and begins his unstoppable rise to the top.
