Grade S Eerie Spirits Swear Loyalty to Me

About this drama

A cataclysm of eerie spirits swept across the real world, collapsing social order. The government founded the Bureau of Anomalies to regulate all kinds of eerie entities, yet criminal gangs ran rampant in remote regions. In his past life, the protagonist Gu Peisi selflessly aided victims free of charge, only to be schemed and killed by Xinda Studio. Reborn, he awakens a Spirit Rental System. He opens a legally registered spirit rental shop inside an abandoned mall, making a living by contractual Grade S Shadow Spirit. He rents out various eerie spirits in exchange for Spirit Coins, helping ordinary people clear spirit dungeons and fend off evil entities. A teenage girl Lin Xiaoxiao comes to seek help with her last bit of Spirit Coins. Her younger sister Lin Xi has been abducted illegally by Xinda for human fusion experiments with eerie spirits. Baldy, a thug working for Xinda, leads a gang to harass the shop. Gu Peisi reverses their spirit contract on the spot and subdues Baldy’s low-grade spirit. He arrests the gangsters and hands them over to official authorities, sticking to his principle of no extrajudicial killing. Later, he breaks into a spirit dorm dungeon set up by Xinda. H
