He Chose Another Child, So I Took Ours Home

About this drama

To repay a fallen comrade who once saved his life, Ronan took in his comrade’s orphaned son, Noah. From then on, he repeatedly sacrificed his own daughter Ivy’s happiness and well-being in the name of “showing compassion to an orphan”: turning her birthday party into a welcome banquet for Noah, killing her beloved horse, giving away her hard-earned medal of honor, and finally abandoning his own daughter during a wolfsbane explosion to save someone else. After enduring it all for seven years, Elena finally revealed her true identity—the daughter of the Alpha King of the Northern Crown. She took her traumatized, speechless daughter and left for good. Two years later, Ronan finally realized the magnitude of his mistakes—but by then, it was already too late.
